What is a Heart Shaped Decision?
Founded in 2022
Heart-Shaped Decisions are all about doing what feels right. Most people THINK about decisions – The team wants to encourage young people to make decisions around what FEELS right. Heart-Shaped Decisions often involve helping others. Here’s an example: Many young people (and older ones!) spend a lot of time in front of screens – now a Heart-Shaped Decision might be to go and spend some time outdoors or talking to an elderly relative – or even reading a book. Others feel compelled to ‘fit in’ by joining in with bullying and harassing others. A Heart-Shaped Decision might be to befriend the people being bullied and harassed.
Everything we do, from the time we get up in the morning, to the time we go to bed at night, is based on a decision. Every action we take, or don’t take. Graham’s mission is to introduce young people to Heart-Shaped Decisions and support them as they take their own decision-making steps through life.
